We do comprehensive requirements gathering to understand our customer’s vision. We have developed a framework to precisely capture even the minute details of the requirements. The framework provides different views of customer requirements and presents them in a form so that customers exactly know what do they want and how it will be mapped into software.

Research

Requirements could be vague and might not result into feasible solutions. Our research activity is meant to streamline requirements, make them crystal clear and precisely determine how the solution will be implemented. Research is also done for Technology selection, Cost effective implementation and Enhanced user experience.

Reuse

We believe in “Not re-inventing the wheels”. During our vast development experience, we have developed lots of frameworks for various aspects of a business solutions such as User Interface development, User rights management, Business Objects and Database Access, Workflow management, Scheduling and integration with existing systems, which reduces our development effort and implementation schedule. We also re-use tried and tested open frameworks based on customer’s specific requirements. The end result is that our solutions are available at lesser cost to you and have smaller time to market.

Review

Review is essential to monitor the progress and ascertain that the software is precisely as per the requirements. Our quality and testing team ensures that the software meets customer’s specific requirements and his vision.

Refine

We believe in “Nothing is perfect and there is always a scope of improvement”. We have proper feedback mechanism in place for all the activities in the project as well as post implementation.
